If you have installed the patch 1.26 or The Sims 3 Pets, you need to update the Create a world tool if you use it. First create a backup of all your projects, then you should go to grab the new CAW version. You can find it here: http://www.thesims3.com/game/tools/world Download and install it and you're ready to create again your own town! The file size is about 160mb and this bring CAW to version 1.13.1 (0.0.0.15753). Note: if you disinstall and reinstall the CAW you will lose your past projects. So, if you have some works to complete, backup your project folder (My Documents/Electronic Arts/). |

Since our Pets preview event in Milan last Friday, we had a feeling about the release of a new tool... Now thanks to Simprograms, we found this article on Girl Gamers UK: it seems that a demo tool of the Create a pet is on the way, and the release date shoud be September, 22!! With this demo tool you will be able to create pets (cats, dogs and horses) and share them on the Exchange! You should find it on: http://www.thesims3.com/createapet (actually this link doesn't work). As for the Create a world tool, Create a Pet will be available only for PC. MAC users need to be patient as usually... |
